Here’s how to enter the contest:

1. Enter your information below. You will receive an email confirmation that your entry was accepted.


2. You need to display a "Research conducted with Sona Systems software" sticker next to your poster. We'll provide these to you just before your poster session.


3. That’s it! Sit back and we’ll randomly choose a winner on Saturday at 1pm in the exhibit hall during the coffee break!

Contest Rules and Terms:

1. Poster must contain some research that was conducted with the help of Sona Systems or Experimetrix software as a research tool.
2. Only one entry per poster. Entrant must be one of the listed authors for the poster, and the poster must be accepted by APS. We have the list of accepted posters, and we'll be checking!
3. Entrant agrees to display a "Research conducted with Sona Systems Software" sticker next their poster during the poster session. Stickers will be provided by Sona Systems during poster set-up time.
4. Entrants will receive an email from us with further details about the contest, as the information becomes available
5. The winner will be randomly chosen on Saturday at 1pm in the exhibit hall during the coffee break. The winner need not be present to win and will be notified by email if not present.
