Customers should use the "Contact Technical Support" feature built into the system to contact technical support. You must be logged in as an administrator to use this feature. Using this feature will ensure our support representatives receive all necessary information that will be useful in diagnosing your problem.

Online Support and Documentation

Customers may also access our online support site, which is where documentation and other useful materials may be found. Please enter your license key to access the support site. Your license key is found by logging into your site as an administrator, going to System Settings, and it is listed in the License Key field.
